On the left chest is the leather SQ patch of the "Mosquito Unit" of the 6147th Tactical Control Air Group, made famous by Marilyn Monroe.
The A.A.F. emblem on the left sleeve and the 5th Air Force emblem on the right sleeve are made of leather craft.
