Orders are typically shipped within 1-3 business days.
Shipping Fees:
- International: Order total + flat rate of 3,000 yen
- Domestic (Japan): Order total with free shipping within Japan
Customs Duties:
All customs duties are the responsibility of the customer.
For international orders, the total cost will be the order amount plus any customs duties.
For domestic orders, the total cost will be the order amount plus consumption tax.
Shipping Areas:
We ship worldwide; however, due to geopolitical circumstances, there may be countries or regions where we are unable to deliver.

We use either EMS or DHL for our deliveries.

- DHL: The average delivery time can vary from 2-14 business days, depending on the specific DHL service used and the destination country

Returns and Exchanges
- International: Returns and exchanges are not available for international orders.
- Domestic (Japan): Returns and exchanges are available for domestic orders. If the return or exchange is due to customer preference, the customer will bear the cost of return shipping. If the return or exchange is due to our error, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
