Returns

To ensure that our customers can shop with confidence, we have established the following return policy.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us in advance before sending the item back. Please note that we may not be able to accept returns that are sent without prior notice.

Return Period

Outside Japan

Returns are accepted only if a return request is submitted within 14 days after the item has been delivered.

After we receive your return request, we will review it and provide return authorization and instructions for returning the item.

Once the return has been authorized, please return the item within 7 days in accordance with our instructions.

Within Japan

Returns are accepted only if a return request is submitted within 7 days after the item has been delivered.

Return Procedure

If you wish to return an item, please contact us with the following information:

After reviewing your request, we will provide the following information:

Whether the return is accepted
Return shipping address
Instructions and precautions for return shipment
Any other necessary information

Please note that we may not be able to accept items returned before we have provided return instructions.

Eligible Items for Return

Items are eligible for return only if all of the following conditions are met:

The item is unused and unworn
The item has only been tried on
The product tags remain attached
The item and all accessories are complete
The item is in the same condition as when it was delivered

We will inspect the condition of the returned item and determine whether the return can be accepted.

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Sale items
Special-price items
Pre-order items
Special-order items
Hemmed items
Made-to-order items
Custom-order items
Customized or altered items
Items that have already been returned or exchanged once
Used or washed items
Items that have been soiled or damaged due to the customer’s responsibility
Items worn directly against bare skin
Leather goods, such as belts, that may show signs of wear after use

We may also refuse returns for any items that we determine are difficult to resell.

Returns Due to Customer Convenience

For returns due to customer convenience, the customer is responsible for the following costs:

Return shipping costs
Customs duties incurred upon return shipment, if the item is shipped from outside Japan

Costs Related to International Returns

For returns from outside Japan, the customer is responsible for the following costs:

Return shipping costs
Customs duties
Any other costs incurred in connection with the return shipment

If any of these costs are incurred by us upon receipt of the returned item, the corresponding amount will be deducted from the refund amount.

Defective Items or Incorrect Shipments

If the item is defective or if you receive an item that differs from your order, please contact us within 14 days after the item has been delivered.

After reviewing the details, we will arrange a return or refund as appropriate.

For returns due to defective items or incorrect shipments, we will bear the return shipping costs.

However, for hemmed items or other altered items, we may need to discuss the appropriate handling depending on the nature of the item.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed after the returned item has arrived at our store and we have completed our inspection of the item’s condition.

Once we confirm that the item meets the return conditions, the refund will be issued to the payment method used at the time of the order.

As a general guideline, refund processing will be completed within 3 business days after the returned item has arrived.

Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear, depending on the processing status of your credit card company or payment provider. For international shipments, additional time may also be required depending on the confirmation of customs charges.

Exchanges

Outside Japan

We do not offer exchanges for orders shipped outside Japan.

If you wish to change the size or purchase a different item, please place a new order for the desired item after completing the return procedure.

Within Japan

Exchanges are available only when all of the following conditions are met and we have the requested replacement item in stock:

The item is unused and unworn
The item has only been tried on
The product tags remain attached
The item and all accessories are complete
The item is in the same condition as when it was delivered

We will inspect the condition of the original item and determine whether the exchange can be accepted.

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

Sale items
Special-price items
Pre-order items
Special-order items
Hemmed items
Made-to-order items
Custom-order items
Customized or altered items
Items that have already been returned or exchanged once

We may also refuse exchanges for any items that we determine are difficult to resell.
