Please note that our refund and return policy applies only to transactions within Japan. We regret that we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience in international transactions. Please understand this in advance.
The following rules will be strictly adhered to.
Only unopened items (unused, fitting is okay) can be returned (within 7 days after the arrival of the item). Please be aware that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been worn against the skin (such as T-shirts, cut-and-sew, etc.) or leather items like belts that show signs of wear.
※Reserved items, ordered items, sale items, discounted items, and items that have been exchanged once cannot be returned or exchanged. ※We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been used even once. ※Items that cannot be resold due to modifications (such as hemming) cannot be returned or exchanged. Please be aware of this.
In the case of initial defective products, we will return or exchange them for replacements (shipping cost will be borne by us). However, please note that returns of special orders or items that have been modified are not allowed under any circumstances. Returns due to reasons such as 'the image is different from what I thought' or 'I don't like the layout of the pattern' cannot be accepted. Exchanges with products other than the same item number are also accepted, but please specify something of the same price or more than the ordered product.
※In the unlikely event that a return is necessary due to unavoidable circumstances on the part of the customer, please bear the following fees.
・Please, bear the shipping cost to our company.
・Please also bear the shipping cost (uniform nationwide, excluding tax, 500 yen) when we initially shipped the product (in case of free shipping product).
・Please, bear the transfer fees associated with the refund process.
・In the case of credit card purchases, please bear the associated settlement fee (5%).
・For cancellations at the stage before receipt after shipping, please also bear the return shipping fee to our shop in addition to the above.

※Please ship the returned item within 3 days after our approval.
※About refund procedures: We will process your refund within 3 business days after the returned item arrives at our company.
Return Shipping Cost
In the case of initial defects or shipping mistakes, we will handle it by paying the shipping fee on arrival at our shop. In case of the customer's convenience, please bear the round-trip shipping fee.
