Processing Time:

Orders are typically shipped within 1-3 business days.

Domestic (Japan): Order total with free shipping within Japan

Returns and Exchanges

International: Returns and exchanges are not available for international orders.
Domestic (Japan): Returns and exchanges are available for domestic orders. If the return or exchange is due to customer preference, the customer will bear the cost of return shipping. If the return or exchange is due to our error, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
