"Loopwheel" is a traditional Japanese weaving technique unique to Japan. Enjoy products crafted with this vintage machinery that has been producing excellent fabrics since the early 1900s, showcasing traditional artisanal craftsmanship. This machine weaves fabric with minimal tension on the thread, bringing out the inherent qualities of cotton. The result is a fabric that is incredibly soft, yet highly durable. While modern knitting machines can produce about 200 meters of fabric per day at high speeds, The Strike Gold’s vintage loopwheel machine operates slowly, producing only about 16 meters of fabric a day. This special process creates a fabric that mass production simply cannot replicate.
