The outer side features a rare "reverse color scheme" design, with a striking pink and black combination where the underarm sections are darker than the body. This vintage-inspired piece faithfully reproduces a design from the early 1950s, depicting an eagle spreading its wings with white-toned embroidery. The glossy rayon thread adds depth and dynamism through carefully crafted stitching. On the lower left side of the back, a cherry blossom is depicted—a rare motif combining pine trees and cherry blossoms alongside the majestic eagle.

The reversible side showcases a vivid blue body reminiscent of clear skies, adorned with a detailed landscape of Japanese scenery. Among these designs, the piece featuring "peony flowers" is exceptionally rare, portraying a stunning springtime scene with a five-story pagoda and a snow-capped Mount Fuji in the background. The chest embroidery of a stylized dragon and tiger adds a charming touch, while the green ribbing—unrelated to the body’s color scheme—emphasizes the authentic vintage feel of the sukajan.
