TT15682-145 / TAILOR TOYO Early 1950s Style Acetate Souvenir Jacket “ROARING TIGER” × “JAPAN MAP”

The outer layer features a green body with a stylized tiger design from an early 1950s piece. Among the many tiger motifs, this particular design, with its full-body profile depicted from a perfectly side-on angle, is exceptionally rare. The intricate details, such as the use of two different shades of white thread for the mane, eyes, fangs, and claws, replicate vintage craftsmanship. Additionally, unique elements like the block-lettered "JAPAN" text and the larger-than-usual chest embroidery of an eagle-tiger hybrid further enhance its rarity, making it highly valued in vintage circles.

The reversible side boasts a body made entirely of champagne gold, including both the torso and the undersides of the sleeves—a color scheme rarely seen even in vintage pieces. The back features a luxurious embroidered design of a Japan map flanked by an eagle and a dragon in an intense standoff, with the map highlighted in a red circle. While the overall tone is soft and subdued, the use of black for the "Japan" lettering and ribbing adds a sharp contrast, giving the piece a distinctive and balanced finish.
