This work shirt is crafted from a newly developed 12oz original Wabash denim by The Strike Gold, featuring a deep, rich indigo color.
The original fabric features a fine dotted pattern created through a discharge printing process on dark indigo denim. While preserving the distinctive character of traditional Wabash workwear, the pattern has been carefully balanced to avoid overpowering the fabric, allowing the depth and richness of the indigo denim itself to remain the focus.
The design is based on SGS001, The Strike Gold's signature work shirt. Retaining its simple, functional construction, this version introduces the distinctive texture and visual depth of 12oz Wabash denim, giving it a character that sets it apart from a conventional solid-colored denim shirt.
The substantial 12oz fabric provides structure and a well-defined silhouette, giving the shirt a strong presence when worn on its own while making it equally suitable as a light outer layer over a T-shirt or other casual tops. The garment is finished with a one-wash treatment.
When new, the neatly arranged dotted pattern stands out subtly against the deep indigo background. With continued wear, however, the fabric gradually begins to reveal signs of everyday use, particularly around the collar, cuffs, elbows, and seams. These changes bring increasing depth and individuality to the garment over time.
A work shirt was never intended to remain pristine. It is a garment meant to be worn, lived in, and shaped by the experiences of the person who wears it.

    Free shipping on orders over $400
    Orders under $400: Flat rate of 5,000 yen

  • Domestic (Japan):
    Free shipping on orders over 5,000 yen
    Orders under 5,000 yen: Shipping fee applies

 

Customs Duties:

All customs duties are the responsibility of the customer.

For U.S. Customers:
Due to the repeal of the de minimis rule, starting August 29, 2025 at 12:01 a.m. (U.S. EDT), all shipments clearing U.S. Customs will be subject to a duty.
