Our store operates in Japanese Yen (JPY), which is why gift cards are issued in JPY. When you purchase a gift card using your local currency, the amount is converted to JPY based on the exchange rate at the time of purchase. This ensures that the value of the gift card remains consistent with our store's pricing.
What happens if my local currency is different from the store's currency?
If your local currency is different from our store's currency (JPY), a currency conversion will occur when the gift card is redeemed at checkout. This conversion uses the exchange rate at the time of redemption, not the exchange rate at the time of purchase. Rest assured, the value of the gift card does not decrease, even though the exchange rate may show a higher or lower price.
Can I use a gift card multiple times?
