Early model N-1 deck jacket with VC-3 (3rd Mixed Air Force) SQ patch & wing insignia on the chest, customized to aviator specifications.
On the back is an embroidered patch featuring a pinup of Marilyn Monroe as "Miss NAS San Diego" in 1952, illustrated by Hiroshi Okamoto. NAS means "NAVAL AIR STATION" as written on the ribbon of the patch.
