Validity Period of Application
In principle, orders shall remain valid for three days after order confirmation, including the automatic order confirmation email sent to confirm receipt of the order.

Defective Products
For products with initial defects reported within 14 days after delivery, or within 7 days after delivery for orders within Japan, we will review the details and handle the matter by return and refund, exchange, or repair, as appropriate.

Sales Quantity
There is no specific restriction unless otherwise stated. However, availability may be limited depending on stock.

Delivery Time
For transactions within Japan only:
Orders are usually shipped within approximately three business days after we receive the order.
If shipment is delayed due to weather conditions, circumstances of the delivery carrier, or any other reason, we will notify the customer by email or other appropriate means.

Returns are accepted only if a return request is submitted within 14 days after delivery, or within 7 days after delivery for orders within Japan.

Customers who wish to return an item must contact us in advance.

Return Shipping Fees
For transactions within Japan only:
If the return is due to an initial defect or a reason attributable to our store, we will bear the return shipping fees.

If the return is due to the customer’s own convenience, the customer shall bear the return shipping fees.
