Validity Period of Application
As a general rule, orders shall remain valid for three days after order confirmation, which is issued by an automatically generated order confirmation email.

Defective Products
If an initial defect is found within seven days from the date of delivery, we will respond by replacement or repair.

There is no specific limit unless otherwise stated. However, please note that stock availability may be limited.

Delivery Time

For Orders Outside Japan
Returns are accepted only if a return request is submitted within 14 days after delivery of the product.
After receiving your return request, we will provide return approval and instructions on how to return the product.
Once the return has been approved, please return the product within seven days in accordance with our instructions.

For Orders Within Japan
Returns are accepted only if a return request is submitted within seven days after delivery of the product.
