Standard Shipping
Order Processing Time

Orders are usually shipped within 1 to 3 business days.

If you purchase jeans and request our hemming service, please allow approximately one additional day in addition to the standard shipping schedule.

Shipping Fees

For international orders, shipping is free for orders of USD 400 or more.

For international orders under USD 400, a flat shipping fee of JPY 5,000 will be charged.

For orders within Japan, shipping is free for orders of JPY 5,000 or more.

For domestic orders under JPY 5,000, a shipping fee will be charged.

Customs Duties, Import Taxes, and Consumption Tax

Customers are responsible for the payment of any applicable customs duties, import taxes, and related charges.

For customers in the United States:
Due to the suspension of the U.S. de minimis rule, customs duties have been applied to all shipments clearing U.S. Customs from 12:01 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time on August 29, 2025. The actual amount of customs duties may vary depending on the product, delivery address, and shipping carrier. Please contact the shipping carrier, such as DHL, or a qualified customs specialist for details regarding the applicable duties.

For international orders, customs duties are not included in the displayed product prices.

For domestic orders within Japan, consumption tax will be added to the order amount.

We ship worldwide. However, depending on social conditions, international circumstances, or carrier restrictions, shipping to certain countries or regions may not be available.
