This is a reproduction of the A-2 jacket worn by Steve McQueen in the 1963 film *The Great Escape*, where he played the lead role of Captain Virgil Hilts. Extensive research was conducted from various angles, using still photographs from the time, freeze frames from the movie, and several vintage A-2 jackets owned by director Hiroshi Okamoto, to meticulously recreate the size, leather color, and texture of the decorations. This is the flagship model, which has been continuously improved since the brand’s founding.
