This chore coat is a reimagined piece, inspired by several vintage originals. It retains the nostalgic details that evoke the charm of old Americana while incorporating The Strike Gold's unique touches to create a truly distinctive design.

The TSG original 15oz selvedge denim used in this garment is known for its distinct textured feel. The warp threads are made from slub yarn that has been rope-dyed in the deepest indigo shade, while the weft threads are woven with lightly twisted slub yarn under low tension. This unique combination creates a comfortable fit and allows for an authentic vintage aging process over time.

For enhanced mobility, an elegant silhouette, and durability, this work coat features raglan sleeves. Key areas like the sleeves and sides are reinforced with triple-stitched seams, while the cuffs can be adjusted with two button options. By refining the silhouette and details, this classic chore coat retains the character of traditional workwear while avoiding the bulky look often associated with such designs.
