How much is the shipping cost?

  • For international orders, there is a flat shipping fee of 3,000 JPY added to the product price.
  • For orders within Japan, shipping is free of charge.

Are the prices inclusive of taxes?

No, all customs duties are the responsibility of the customer. For international orders, the total amount includes customs duties added to the order value. For domestic orders, the total amount includes consumption tax added to the order value.

Can you mark the items as low-value or as gifts to avoid taxes?

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate such requests.

When will my order be shipped?

Are returns or exchanges possible?

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for international orders. We encourage our international customers to review their orders carefully before finalizing them. Domestic (Japan): Returns and exchanges are possible for domestic orders. If the return or exchange is due to customer preference, the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer. If the return or exchange is due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs.
