At our company, we are passionate about jeans aging. We believe that wearing your favorite jeans for many years allows you to carve your unique history into them, which is a significant appeal and joy of wearing jeans.
However, during the process of long-term use, jeans inevitably suffer damage such as fraying and tears due to age.
It may be easy to dismiss this as "character" or "the end of their life," but it would be disheartening if jeans, into which you've carved your own history, become difficult to wear due to severe age-related damage.
Therefore, we recommend repairing damaged areas of your cherished jeans to continue carving your history into them and to continue wearing them with even greater affection.
While some conditions may make repairs impossible, we aim to enable continued wear whenever possible.

Repair Request Procedure
For those who can bring items to a physical store
- Before requesting a repair, please wash the item thoroughly with detergent.
- If you wish to request a repair, please contact us in advance at the store or via the repair inquiry form below.
- We will contact you with details on the procedure, after which please visit our store.
- We will confirm the details of the repair item, provide a repair cost estimate, and an approximate delivery time (immediate to about 1 week).
- You will decide whether to proceed with the repair. (If you decide not to proceed, please pick up the item at this point or we will return it to you.)
- After the repair is completed, we will contact you. Please pick up the item at your convenience. (If you wish, we can return the item via cash-on-delivery, with the total amount being repair fee + return shipping fee + 300 yen cash-on-delivery fee.)
- Receive the repaired item.
- Completed.
For those who cannot bring items to a physical store
- Before requesting a repair, please wash the item thoroughly with detergent.

- We will contact you with details on the procedure, after which please send the item for repair with shipping paid by you (we will charge you for shipping upon return if you send it cash-on-delivery).
- When sending the item, please be sure to include your name, return address, a reachable phone number, and a detailed explanation of the desired repair locations (e.g., in a memo).
- After the repair item arrives, we will confirm the details, provide a repair cost estimate, and an approximate delivery time (immediate to about 1 week).
- You will decide whether to proceed with the repair. (If you decide not to proceed with the repair, we will return the item at this point.)
- After the repair is completed, we will return the item via cash-on-delivery, with the total amount being repair fee + return shipping fee + 300 yen cash-on-delivery fee.
- Receive the repaired item.
- Completed.

We will inspect the condition of the repair item and provide a repair cost estimate on the spot or after inspection at the factory (immediate to about 1 week).
Regarding repairs, we may consult with you about the repair methods and contents to ensure continued enjoyment of the item as much as possible.
Depending on the condition of the damaged area, we may determine that repair is not possible.
